Architectural Design & Construction
CHP works alongside the Architect and Independent Contractor in the design of the facility. Experienced clinical personnel oversee the architectural design to ensure optimal functionality for the partnerships' anticipated production needs. All designs are approved by the physician-owners.
Facility Licensure & Certification
Facility licensure and certification is obtained from all necessary state and federal agencies. The process is coordinated by experienced development personnel to ensure quick turnaround time from the various agencies.
Procurement of Equipment & Supplies
Upon the review and approval by the physician partners, all medical equipment, instruments and supplies are purchased through our network of vendors.
Establish & Implement Documentation
Policy and procedure manuals, quality assurance program, personnel handbooks, credentialing packets, equipment logs, and forms are prepared for the center.
Personnel Recruitment, Selection & Training
CHP recruits, hires, and trains clinical and business office personnel. Training consists of providing the staff with the necessary direction for efficient and effective facility operation.
